还有机会拿到一千到几千的referral bonus。当然有些公司可能没有，为什么还有这么
多人唧唧歪歪呢？是跟钱有仇吗？还是脑袋生锈了？

我不喜欢在网上收简历主要是不想透露过多个人信息，湾区是个小世界，网上大家什么
都可以瞎扯。

有时候HR回来问，你和那个人很熟吗，然后就要编瞎话，特伤人品

大公司无所谓了，小公司的话，HR会问你很多问题。主要是因为recruiting资源有限。

偶们公司的内系统超复杂，没个15分钟去填信息搞不定。内推2个没啥反映，后来懒得
推了。

If you blindly copy the resume to internal database, most of time it is
useless.
If you forward to the resume directly to the hiring manager, the hiring
manager usually will come to ask you why you refer and how do you know the
candidate.

G 还是L是这样？不会吧。内部员工推荐的无论如何也不会比HR在网上乱找一气找到的
还不靠谱。

Always give to the hiring manager if not for generic hiring.
Just like the lottery, if you donot buy, the chance is 0 for sure.
