they offered the start date to be April 6th. I realize this is around/after
h1b submission.
Still, I wanna participate the lottery 2015, how long does it usually take
to prepare all the materials? I wish to start two weeks before that date.

要申请今年的H1现在差不多就可以准备起来了，start date没关系，只要保证你的材料
