一直在买很正常突然也就是今天~~~
或者是早两天吧~~~反正就这几天
发现一个新地址！！
发现一个新名字在里面！
里面还full address hiden for privacy！！
下面一行字还是Gift Registry Address
这个是啥玩意儿啊从没遇到过~！！！！
是不是账号被盗了呢？
最后才搞清楚，原来是亚马逊的新功能，大家以后眼睛要看清楚啊：
据说是有人注册了baby registry
然后放了很多 wish list
如果你买的东西跟wish list上面有一样的
那么就会显示那个人的地址
你要是眼一晃手一抖就寄给她了！！！！！
太扯淡了这个功能！！！
关键是我跟那个注册的人还不认识！！！！

如下：
Non-Competition.I agree that during my employment with the Company and for a
period of l2 months after my employment with the Company ceases, for
whatever reason, I will not accept a position or engage, directly or
indirectly, whether as proprietor,stockholder, partner, officer, employee,
independent contractor, agent, or otherwise, in any activity whereby I
provide a product and/or services that compete with the products and/or
services that I provided on behalf of the Company (“Competitive Services”)
. This restriction shall only apply within 50 miles of: (a) the Company’s
office in some address; and (b) any office to which I provided services
during the last twelve months of my employment by the Company.
按照这说法，即便被layoff了（更别说是辞职了），12个月内我都不能在这公司50
miles之内同类公司找工作了。

这叫NCA。
1. 加州无效。
2. 无经济补偿无效。

请问“无经济补偿无效”是适用任何地方/州吗？是根据什么法律/条款啊？谢谢！
