7/9拿的offer, start data: 8/31.
7/10准备好材料交到学校international center。学校办事不给力，尽管天天催，还是
拖到7/27才拿到新的I-20，当天寄出到USCIS。当时比较急，忘了把offer letter加到
材料里。
8/10打电话加急，过了两天收到email要求提供材料。USCIS specifically asked for
a letter stating that the offer will be revoked if the Employment
Authorization Document is not received. 我觉得问公司要这种信不妥，还是把原来
的offer letter寄给了USCIS，并说明offer is contingent upon establishing
working authorization。
过了两周没任何反应，觉得找议员帮忙。网上research一番，发现参议员更给力，就上
到参议员网站填表打印签名，连同材料一起在8/24传真到他办公室。
8/27查status：Your new card is being produced. Yes!!!
之后还陆续收到两封参议员办公室的信，大意是说我们把你的加急要求转给USCIS了，
他们有个supervisor会处理，我们这次帮了你哦。（记得以后要鼓动群众投票给我哦）
祝所有在等OPT EAD的同学早日收到卡！
