JOB SUMMARY:
1 Currently looking for a Handset Software Test
Intern-Contractor in Leawood Area.
2 Responsible for conduct and executes test cases,
and focus on user requirements and experience.
3 Will work closely with R&D to develop and
analyzing the logs.
4 Will be able to communicate with different
operators and cross functional teams to assist in troubleshooting.
ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Test and verify new wireless products in the live
network.
2 Communicate with R&D in fixing the field defects,
analyzing the logs, and resolving issues.
3 Support the internal test team with analyzing the
radio protocol issues found in the IOT lab.
4 Troubleshoot and communicate the field related
issues with the customer.
5 Support the R&D team with any additional testing
to meet project mile stones.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1 Logic thinking, careful, strong sense of
responsibility and pressure ability, strong
communication and presentation skills, strong sense of learning progress,
good sense
of teamwork.
2 Prefer to have experience in U.S. Carriers
products testing and working experience in handset vendors such as LG, HTC
or Samsung, etc. or third party lab like SGS、Intertek、ALU、Aircom、Cetecom
、PCtest、Ericsson etc. Or equipment vendor like Spirent, Agilent, R&S etc
3 Prefer to have testing experience of handset
software (especially Android system) .
4 Prefer to be familiar with handset protocol
testing process, tools（QXDM、QCAT etc）and specifications. Have experience
in protocol（3GPP、3GPP2），RF、OTA、Acoustic etc
5 Prefer to have the knowledge and background
about wireless telecommunication technologies, such as LTE, UMTS, GSM, CDMA.
6 Bilingual( Chinese and English) is preferred.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication or 1-3 years of related experience.
