My friend received the Amazon offer(Level 6).The technical level was orally
confirmed with recruiter. However, Level 6 or Sr. title was not mentioned
in the offer letter. Is this normal? Thanks for answering the question!

Level 6 is senior already. Do not have to mention

The recruiter confirmed same and also explicitly added Sr.title in the offer
letter :-).
