with experience research on higher-skill development as well as its
assessment, and possess knowledge of research experiment design and data
collection and statistical analysis for verifying causal relation between
instruction intervention and learning outcomes, as well as excellent
communication and writing skills.
The selected candidate will join research team to conduct research projects,
which investigate the effectiveness of new instruction strategies for
improving higher-order skill development of students through their education
in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics fields.
