Your guys demand too much for a simple referring to a job. I am happy I
never work with people like your guys. I declined those kinds of offer two
or three times when other side implies a loyalty to them if a favor is
granted. I felt odd when one of reviewers call me ahead, and make my mind of
no-show. I usually considered the person who refers a great candidate to
hire is to do a great service to the company, not other way around. A reward
should be given by the company for such a deed, not submissive loyalty to a
referrer from the referred hire. A qualified candidate can find a job
without need of referring. When I refer poeple to hire, I am thinking of the
company. I never think of demanding any payback include friendship from
hire. One of people here looks like a master of gansters to me, better to
get around.
Good thing is that each of us have our own place to work.
