我们现在已经用codeforce面试了，紫号可以skip算法，直接聊经验。后期会采用定期

不过codeforces的题是设计得好啊 不像其他某些竞赛题目那么又臭又长 很考验智商

认真的，我司有google前员工说google内部也在测试自己的OJ，以后也是定期现场赛的
形式，weekly/monthly，成绩一年有效，这样可以节省面试的时间，符合条件的直接看
看简历，聊聊天就好了。这才是下半场的趋势，大家要早做准备

我看未必，现场赛不好作弊，也不能背题，虽然很蛋疼……

Also, we should have a ladder not just 1-2 RANDOM problems.
If people can get 60, they deserve additional interview.
If people can get 80, they may just have 1 coding interview.
If people can get 90+, they should not have additional Biantai interview.

我们现在就是这个模式，有专门的third party帮忙出题，组织比赛,review code，我
只需要负责coordinate，面试的时候就看看喜不喜欢，simple
