另外，谁说h1b 就两个月的失业期？ 我的理解是每一个提前终止的i797都有一次。

我的理解是H1B 2个月的失业期终生只能用一次，我要用在这里也太亏了。

即使没有grace period，2天也无关紧要。

我办h1b transfer的时候有1个多月的gap, 那时还没有grace period, h1b超批不误
