可能有人没看懂，解释一下:
当前的eb类别cap是40040，新的eb类别cap是58374，国家上限7% 那么中国的就是EB1/2
/3每一项是4086，EB1/2/3比当前的2800各增加1286个名额。合在一起每年共增加2572
个EB2/3
这对本版现在或者将来申请EB2/3的同学是极大的利好

13 seq.) is amended—
14 (A) in section 101(a)(15)(V), by striking
15 ‘‘section 203(d)’’ and inserting ‘‘section

20 ‘‘and’’ at the end; and
