首先感谢golf mm的无私贡献，看完感觉又学了些新东西。不过关于电话面世之后问的问
题，我觉得好像不是很好
1. Is this a new position? If not, what happen to the person in this
position?
第一个问题可以，第二个好象就不太恰当，感觉有点多管闲事
2. Can you give me some feedback? Or what do you think about my interview?
这个也不太恰当，我也面世过别人，不管对方好不好，我都会显得非常热情的，但是如果
对方表现不好，偏偏又问这个问题，那我肯定会很尴尬不知道该说什么。如果对方表现很
好，我也没法说，因为我也不是decision maker
3. When I can expect hear from you? Or what will be next step?
这个问题其实用处不大，因为在找人的过程中总会有变化的，所以就会出现板上很多人说
的，HR说一个星期答复，怎么都三个星期了还没动静的情况。当然问问也doesn't h

我总结的几个，自己面试的时候用过，觉得还可以。
1) What are the major responsibilities in this job?
2) What will be the first project(s) I tackle?
3) What are the biggest challenges the department faces this year and what
will be my role as a team member in tackling them?
4) Which projects will I be most involved with during the first six month?
等等类似的，我觉得最好围绕将来的工作问，显得自己非常积极加入研发队伍。
还可以问对方group大概有多少人，working style是怎么样的，适当表示下自己的兴趣，
热情等等。
一般对方一听就会主动滔滔不绝的讲很多，自己跟着说就行。
