大家好。我现在 OPT 期间 (OPT 明年1月到期)，正找工作，因为担心20000个新增 H1B
会很快被用完，因此找到一家公司 A，由我出钱，A公司帮我申请 H1B，2005 年的，2005
年9月30日起生效，材料三天前刚刚寄出。而实际上我并不为 A 公司工作，也当然不从他
们领薪水。大家都知道我这样做是为了保住身份，因为一旦 OPT 到期，我就无法可想了
。而如果我能拿到 H1B, 就可以拥有合法身份，继续找工作，如幸运能找到一份全职工作
，则可以办 H1 Transfer。
现在的情况是，两天前一家猎头公司 B 帮我找到另一个公司 C 的几个月的 Contract 工
作，可以立刻上班。我的问题是：如果一个多月后我从 A 公司申请的 H1B 批下来，
那么它应是从2005年9月30日起生效 (A 公司是这样申请的)，而且我的身份是挂在 A 公
司的，而这时我却正在给 C 公司做着 Contract 的工作。我想这是不合理和非法的。因
为是 Contract 的工作， C 公司很难会同意帮我办 H1B Transfer。我不知道怎样处理这
种情况。我想是否我能从工资中

Sure, I am glad if I can help. The only thing is my friend hooked me up with
this company, and they don't want me to release their name. But you can find
those consulting companies, call them and explain your situation, ask them if
they can sponsor your H1B, I believe some of them can do.

Ask C to pay A instead of you. Then A pay you. Certainly, you will need to
give some profits to A.
