A freind of mine is starting up a IT company in Beijing looking for a VP
Engineering/Chef Architect position. 20000+ RMB a month plus a certain amount

Basic requirement:
5+ working experience in IT industry
Expert in VC++ and OOP, and relative areas.
Experience in media streaming, TCP/IP, UDP programming is a plus.
Experience in independent design and development of medium or large project.
