看学校的描述前者说了必须是phd 后者没说必须是什么学位，这俩哪个更好些？RA还有
I II III等级的，这么说貌似RA比RS好些？还有RAP老板说是按faculty来的，但是好像
受限制很多，涨钱也不能随便涨呵呵还有retirement plan benefits啥的，RA能不能
自己写Grant？

这个倒霉催的学校只给tenure-track的办不是的话得找什么Deal啥的办waiver

去youtube听了一下，虽然不是很熟悉这个年代的歌曲，不过真的是小七呢！

In my school, research scientist is higher lever than research associate.
be careful if you want to get research scientist title,
the prevailing wage maybe be as high as 70000 (can you boss afford it?)
sometimes a better title maynot be always good...

别提了老板不大想给换了 postdoc 15.5%的finge fee RA等professional的是47.5，
算下来老板每年要给学校多交24k，nnd，学校太黑了！不过老板给涨了工资，也就算了
，反正学校也不给办1b，无所谓啦~~~~~
