目前在学校用H-1B. 因原工资低于prevailing wage, 给我涨了钱, 但加大了工作量.
请问申请并拿到EAD卡后, 还须满足 prevailing wage 的要求吗? 我是希望回到原工资
与原工作量. 谢谢!

How did you get the EAD? PERM? If so, then your salary has to meet with PW
of your PERM application. If your old salary meets PW requirement, then use
EAD and get back to your old pay should be ok.

I have not got an EAD yet. I filed NIW I-140 and it was approved. Soon (I
hope) I will file 485 along with 765. I assume there is no PW requirement
for the EAD I get in the future and I can go back to the lower wage. Is that
right? Thanks!
