a will begin charging a $5 monthly fee at the beginning of next year for cus
tomers who make debit card purchases.
Whether you use your card for one purchase a month or 20, you will pay $5 pe
r month starting in 2012. It doesn't matter if you select "debit" or "credit

If you don't use your card at all, you won't be assessed a fee, and you can

应该也不收，因为你是直接用bank account，不经过debit card的网络。

this is because the law requires these banks to get less Debit charge
returns from transactions. These banks are losing money accordingly.
Don't swipe BOA debit card for shopping from now on.

没听说其他银行要收啊，最多少赚点吧，应该不至于损失
