the customer service is really bad... can't provide any help... the wifi
kept dropping in a hotel... cs asked me to tell hotel to upgrade the hotel's
router... it is really ridiculous...

我还真碰上一次，在 hotel 开会，上千人出席，wifi 时断时续，很快发现整个 hotel
一共用了一
个 mask=255.255.255.0 的 subnet，就是说只有254个 ip 地址...

有的. 我的周一收到了, 周二就有通知. 祈祷中.
不过这次是485. 以前140时好象就没有通知收到了. 你的是什么的?

有的，我们的RFE寄到TSC当天，网上的信息就有更新，已经变成了equest for
Evidence Response Review了。同时也收到email了。

完了，我们的RFE for 485寄到TSC, 显示Feb 18 deliver, 到今天什么消息都没有。可
不可以打电话查询？

It should. But this kind of update is lowest priority for your review
officer and don't do service request for this. You will freak your review
officer out. He/she might just fail you.
