try to ignite the burner with a match and keep the burner on for a while.
this should solve your issue if it was caused by water.

好像看不见火星。以前发生过上面的那个铁（不确定？）的盖子（图中被红圈的）被移
动的情况，调整好了还是可以打着的。这次调整了好几次，都不行。

可能是打火那个电极对应的那个出气孔被你弄脏了.
每个burner 上有一排出气空. 其中一个和那个针尖一样的电极最近, 如果这个空堵了,
出不了气,就打不着火. 用针尖捅几下, 再用小刀刮一刮,一般就能打着了.
那个电极可能也需要刮几下,注意别把它碰歪/断了.

划红圈的就是那个打火的,相继不行,水平也不行,居然打火石没有找出来,领会一下精神就行了:).希望大家明白我的意思.
还有,与其他3各灶眼进行了对比,看不出来什么区别.把上面的cover拿掉打,都不出火花.盖上了cover又无法观察到是否有火花.

You need to put the silver piece back to see the spark, turn off the gas at
the back of the stove. turn to ignite position, you should see 4 spark going
on at the same time, one at each burner, you can remove the top black (cast
iron) piece and still be able to see the spark, if you remove the silver
piece you will no longer see the spark.

谢谢.现在单位,把相机拿来了,家里有孩子根本没有时间整理.晚上回家再冲照一下.我
的照相水平也很不好,希望能找出一张好点的让专家们给看看.
对了,像这个照片里如果不盖最上面的那个盖子所有的灶眼都点不着火.另外,有可能这
个东西出什么问题?4各灶眼大小都不一样,照片里的这个可以拆卸的东西不能互相使用,
否则我可以试看到底哪个零件出了问题.

Ok, not using 火柴, just turn your dial to ignite position, you should see
and hear sparks, (tun off the gas first), check to make sure this one also
produce spark, you can exchang the silver part with another burner if they
are the same size to help trouble shoot. There is a wire connecting to the
spark under the cover, make sure that is not loose.

Yes. I did hear the sparks "papapa" for the non-working one. Unfortunately
the sizes of the silver part are all different.
Do you mean the iron cast black cover that the wire is under? Both the black
cover and silver part are removable. I didn't see wires after they are
removed. Anyhow, I will double check it again after work.

In your picture 122/124, the part in your red circle have wire under, you
need to lift the whole tray to see the wire attached to the part you circled
from below.

the whole tray can be lifted? I doubt it:). I once tried to do a deep clean
of the tray but failed. I will try again after work. Where do you live?:) I

Before you lift the whole tray, you need to make sure there is no spark
first, at night turn off all lights, lower your head to the side, and turn
the dial to ignition position, you should be able to see spark. If you can
see spark, your gas path is dirty, you need to clean up the silver part, if
not the wire under is loose, you need to lift the whole black tray to check.
