Can you file 485 if you have already filed 824 for consular processing? I
have a recently approved NIW, but am currently working in Canada, so will
probably file 824. In the mean time, I'm hoping to get back to the US with
an H1B and if I do, can I file the 485 when my PD becomes current? Thanks
