国内的一个朋友想问一下，他的孩子在国内出生，由于肺没发育好，出生后发现孩子全
身发紫，抽搐。
然后送到市里医院检查已经是5个多小时了。目前孩子已经恢复正常，一些神经反射，
瞳孔反射等恢复正
常，但是核磁发现孩子的脑池密度有些偏低，想请教一下大家，这个问题的严重性有多
大？

刚從律師拿到的，大家给看看怎么样，有什么建议？我在紐約州, 谢谢
New York State Mortgage Tax: $2595
Owner's title insurance: $2173.75
Recording Deed and Mortgage: $450
Municipal searches: $250
(the lawyer has his own company to do the above 2 items for title searching)
Lender's lawyer's fee: $750
Your lawyer's fee: $750
不包括bank fee.
It's so expensive to buy a house in state of NY.

我也在NY买房子，这些费用大体上差不多。
Recording Deed and Mortgage: $450 --- 这个费用好像稍微贵了一点，我的是300多。
这个律师费用，我的理解是Your lawyer's fee是帮你closing house的attorney吧，如
果是这样，那就差不多，一共$1500的律师费。
实际上我的还比你多了$1000的Title service and lender's coverage。
另外还有一些credit report fee, orientation fee (if there is any), flood life
fee ...
这儿似乎有一些没有给你说的隐藏费用，我当时就吃了亏：当时我问他们是不是没有
extra charge了，他们说yes, 最后还是有很多其它费用，就包括我上面提到的$1000的
Title service and lender's coverage。你一定要问清楚，什么是Total Estimated
Settlement Charge。我刚看了我的lender的diclosure information,最

现问题马上就上的

The most oxygen sensitive organ is brain. So the most possible damaged organ
could be brain.
Did the hospital monitor the blood oxygen level all the time? If the the
oxygen level is OK, then there will be no damage.

瞳孔反射好像是很低级的脑神经反射。很多脑瘫儿要到两三岁才表现出来。多问下医生
有没有更好的方法。
