I quoted a home insurance about $900 annual premium for a new home about $
800,000. Below is the detail. Is this home insurance a good deal? Is this
policy enough given we are living in Southern CA.
ECTION I - PROPERTY
Dwelling Limit

Separate Structures $60,000.00
Personal Property Limit $450,000.00

这跟你住在那儿和房屋造价有关。保险额倒是不高，估计你的房屋面积在三千尺左右。

Yes, it is about 2,800 sf. So this policy covers normal circumstances, such
as fire. What about flood and earthquake? I can't tell if the last two are
covered or not... Thanks

The fire and basic flood insurance should be covered in the quote. If you
need an earthquake insurance, they can quote you one, about the premium is
about the same.
