I am a buyer in a short sale. The seller has 2 lenders, the lender A has 90%
share of total loan, lender B has 10%. now lender A finally approved the
short sale, but lender B approved only with condition either lender A or the
seller is going to pay $5000 according to seller's agent. So far haven't
received lender B 's approval letter. My agent told me the seller's agent is
working on it and will get it approve soon.because lender A only give me 15
days to close, so I have to start loan applicat

Why would you want spend money doing the inspection and loan application
without the approval from the second lender? They are usually deal killers.
No. you can't pay the $5000 directly. and usually the first lender won't
allow any more money than what they specified to go to the second lender.
Unless your offer could cover all the balance of the loan for the first
lender.
The second lender doesn't have much power in this. All they can do is to
stop you from getting the deal.
