打电话问了ISSO，他们说不care,只要update信息给他们就行。
但是我看我们学校发的小册子上面写的是volunteer也要20个小时以上才行。
我现在volunteer的地方，不需要我工作那么长时间。但是考虑到我的实际问题，他们
说可以硬把我塞在那里20个小时。
还是说，以后办H1的时候，移民局会和director查我当时的具体工作时间，如果要这样
，我还要去求人家多给我写几个小时。

另外，大家申请学校的地职位的时候，是不是process 都很慢呀？

因为OPT有不得90天无业要求，所以只有那些超过每天20小时的工作，不管是拿钱的还
是不拿钱的，才能被视为不是“无业”的。所有从业纪录，需要详细记载，并向学校国
际办公室汇报。就是这样的。

什么详细记载啊？你的名字又不在payroll，人家给你记载什么啊？

俺们学校的要求如下，并且一人一个账户，自己随时更新，并且要准备好足够的证据。
Specifically, you should maintain evidence — for each job — of the
position held, proof of the duration of that position, the job title,
contact information for your supervisor or manager, and description of the
work.

Students may work as volunteers or unpaid interns, where this does not
violate any labor laws. The work must be at least 20 hours per week for
students on post-completion OPT. These students must be able to provide
evidence from the emplo
