A friend of mine got cancer before and now si going to file EB1(b)
application. When he goes to the physical exam, should he tell the physician
that he got cancer before? What would be the consequences if he tells or
does not tell the cancer thing to the doctor?

昨天在这里的一个grocery商店里买卫生巾,鬼使神差的就想把另外一包也放进去,于
是,我就拿了两盒,把其中一盒拆开，装了一半到另一个合子里,把剩下的一半丢在猪肉
货架上了.出门的时候被发现了.价值大概是3块钱.
由于我有刚出生的小孩,警察给了一张ticket,让我8月初出庭, 我该怎么办????? 求求
大家的帮助了.我现在还是F1, 马上就要毕业了.
会让我住监狱么? 会有大概多少钱的罚款? 会对我找工作有影响么?会对以后的绿卡申
请有影响么?

It's your friend's choice whether or not to tell the physician, but it won't
impact his immigration case in any way.

Faint, since when did "No" no longer mean "No"?
The only disease ever considered "inadmissible" under US immigration law was
AIDS. But even that restriction was removed not long ago.
