我4月份在底特律投资了一SFH，网上拍卖买的， 3层洋房， 4500美金，这要是在VA,
怎么也要150K， 可是没有想到底特律这么混乱， 我几个月没去， 值钱的东西都被偷
走了， 本来想赚手买29K， 可是再不去估计连屋顶都被人给掀走了。 最后含泪以50美
元的价格卖给了一个黑人兄弟，（本来打算给他， 可是我的FILE BUSINESS LOST），
黑人兄弟感动得痛苦流涕， 当即发毒誓， 以后， 谁敢欺负中国人， 我就跟谁没完。
我这50美元还捐给了当地的一家慈善组织。
痛苦。很痛苦， 但是至少黑人兄弟的幸福是建立在我的痛苦之上的，我也为能为美国
穷人做点贡献而感到一点欣慰。
我自己在美国炒房的经历改编了一首歌。
我这样炒房到底对不对，
这问题问得我自己好累，
我把炒房想得太美，
到头来还是要破费，
如果想赚钱是一种罪，
除了自己我还能埋怨谁？
如果5个小房都不赚钱，
那么我还能投几回？
