当初在我努力找工作的时候,学校给了我这个职位,雪中送炭,这个工作我学到了不少,
整个项目都是我一手策划的,如果我走了,对他们影响很大.他们需要重新招人,从头来.
现在一个公司,工资也就高10000刀左右,但公司机会对我这种没有工业界经验的人也很
宝贵.所以想跳.学校职位是1年的,1年以后不知道如何,公司是只要有项目,只要做的
好,可以做很久. 头说他还没有因为项目少开人的.

我有个朋友回国探亲刚回来，不免说到回国见闻。他说的一件事我颇有同感，就是现在
国内某些“精英”说话很冲呀.
我这个朋友当年和一个同学在欧洲留学，我朋友来了加拿大，他同学回国了。现在7-8
年过去了，他同学是联想一个经理，管着几十号人，几年前买了房升值了，又刚买车。
这次同学聚会，十分春风得意，很有“精英”的模样。聚会上，我那朋友知道他在联想
工作，就说自己马上要换电脑，准备买联想的笔记本，支持国货嘛。结果那联想精英说
话很冲“你这加拿大人就甭说什么支持国货了，我们联想不缺你那点鸡毛钱，没你支持
我们联想照样世界第一”。

跳吧，只要自己想，不要想什么太多
而且学校那边也没承诺一年后怎么样
万一一年后你没工作呢

问题是我没有工业界经验,这算入门了,以后好发展.在学校,不知熬到何时才能拿ap

While personally I think it is very important you show loyalty and
appreciation to your current employer, you can't let it become liability to
you.
At the end of the day, you have to choose what's best to your family and
your career in the bigger picture.
You can help them by giving them more advanced notice, helping them with the
transition, or even provide them support after you leave. But you shouldn't
give up a better opportunity just because you think it will hurt your
current employer.
Think about it. If they find a better person for the position, they will
likely replace you with that person. If they are nice, they will give you a
nice severance package, and help you find your next job, but they probably
won't give up the other person just because you have contributed a lot in
the past.
If they are reasonable people, they will understand your decision.
