depends on the country a. In US, before Reagan, no tax.
now pretty much 50% goes to local, state and the federal.
don't know about china

for Nobel Physics, 1% goes to the tax
for Nobel Peace, 99% goes to the tax

可以按逃税罪来抓他。
这个有普西先例，当年的Al Capone,大家都知道他是黑社会老大，就是没有证据。最后
按偷税漏税抓了。现在NY，NJ一带打击黑手党，基本上也是走这个路子。杀人强奸他不
管，专抓你偷税。
