本人cs的硕士，刚毕业半年。现在在纽约，求大家告诉我几个纽约公司的名字。想找编

每星期一节课，是他们班上所有小朋友一起上，要送吗？送多少合适？

律师说无所谓，说现在140很快就能批下来。
有个同事两个月拿到绿卡的，他说他的律师就说能一起递的话就尽量一起。
不知道这两种方法各有什么利弊，诚心请教，望大侠们指点。
个人情况：美国EE phd，现在是AP，8篇journal，其中一作4篇，二作2篇；十几篇会议
，基本都是一作；citation不多，只有三十来次；大概五六个期刊和会议的reviewer；
其它还有些不知是否有的会员资格等。
申请EB-1B，这样的背景有多少希望呀？

等的时间太长，想试试eb1b。但是学校不肯，说是我背景太弱了，申请都是有把握的才
交上去的。我如果自己找律师也不让，因为是要雇主支持的。我eb1a肯定不可能，不知
道现在除了等还有什么办法。。。Thanks!

Unless you feel the teacher is really nice to your kid, or you just want to
say thank you, you don't have to give a gift. There is no obligation on the
gift other than the day care teachers and school teacher -- my opinion.

一个方法是打电话或者发邮件给议员，推动3012
3012能让你更快拿卡，也就不用办什么EB1b了
