Description
Responsibilities:
* Verification of a high performance CPU pipeline at a core/FC level
both
architecturally and micro-architecturally
* Development and maintenance of test generation tools for the CPU
at pre-silicon and post-silicon levels.
* Work closely with other verification engineers to incorporate testing
feedback into the test generation tool
* Understand micro-architecture of the block to be verified, and develop
and execute
testplans for the same
* Own and debug failures in simulation to root-cause problems
* Closely work with RTL engineers of block being verified for testplan
development, execution, and debug
Requirements:
* Good CPU architecture/micro-architecture knowledge (one of MIPS/
PowerPC/ARM/x86/SPARC architectures, CPU pipeline, out-of-order, superscalar
, caches)
* Strong programming knowledge and experience in C++
* Working knowledge of Verilog
* Good verification skills and knowledge of different verification
methodologies
* Knowledge of unix/linux environment and scripting (perl/python)
* BS (EE or CS) required with 3-8 years relevant experience. MS (EE or
CS) preferred
* Self-motivated team player with excellent problem solving skills

The wage offer range listed in the SWA job order, $XX,000-YY,000 per year,
is less than the wage offered the foreign worker, $ZZ,000-$AA,000 per year,
as listed on the ETA form 9089.
#2:
The notice of fililng for the Application for Permanent Employment
Certification submitted by the employer contains a wage, $XX,000-$YY,000 per
year, which is lower than the offered wage of $ZZ,000-$AA,000 per year
listed in item G.1 of the ETA form 9089.
律师的说辞是typo，我这个case被audit过，当时没问工资不符合的问题，最后拿这个
理由把我拒了。律师说Department of Labor也有责任。
律师建议不要appeal，说会花很长时间，建议重新申请。但是如果重新申请的话，我之
前的PD就作废了，而且律师还会收我律师费，虽然不是全价（5k的perm 律师费都已经
交了），但是说给50%的discount
，但是我们公司管这个的人和我都觉得这个很不合理啊，明明是律师把工资填错了，造
成case被拒，重新申请居然还要我们掏钱。
请问各位，我这样的case appeal会有可能成功吗？30天内必须要做决定，急啊。多谢
大家了。

typo我觉得是律师的说辞，根本就是律师的mistake，这种东西也能搞错。

if your offered wage range is outside of the ad wage range, or any of the
two ranges above is lower than PWD, then DOL had made a correct decision.
And usually you(or a single position) put one exact number in your offer
wage, not a range. Range would be useful if there are multiple positions of
the same title/duties for this company.

那是古时候了，现在的车都加了限速装置，最多只能变橙色

我们公司有个人比你还惨， 他那时候perm被audit了两年，然后被拒，也是因为律师的
原因
后来律师就给他file了一份新的申请，同时appeal旧的case。后来他的新的很快下来了
，appeal那个也迟迟没消息
你问问律师看能不能同时进行
还有你的情况明明是律师的责任，让公司出面说一下，律师还要再收费简直太无耻了

据信里面有一句。

这个意思看来，如果新的申请和appeal同时搞，需要换position啊。

Company use ranges for various reasons, and it's been done often, not just
for multiple positions.
If B>=A, post range (B, D), else post (A, D). Of course, if the latter,
company will need to resolve the wage issue, commit to wage A when you
obtain the LPR status.
You should be consistent about the wage: in the SWA (if required), in the
notice of filing, and in the ETA9089. If you choose to use a range, then let
all three above mentioned be the same range.

不对, 红光跟绿光频率差50%, 一个400Thz 一个600Thz, 不考虑相对论应该是c/2, 考虑的话是5c/13

Apologies! My typo. If B>=A, post (B, D).
Example:
PW is 50,000
Current Salary is 40,000.
Company's range for the position is 35,000 to 60,000.
Posting Range: 50,000 to 60,000, company needs to commit to 50k when you
receive the greencard.
Or, if current salary is 53,000
Posting Range: 53,000 to 60,000.

I have never seen an actual job ad that didn't have range on salaries unless
it's entry level job.
the reason: depends on applicant's experience, you need offer different
salary even if it's same position
