头一遭遇上。
上上周末发现我家客厅靠近邻居家地方地毯湿了，联系对方（租户），没有发现漏水的
地方，但是最近没有下雨，我家的水管在房子的另一侧，所以只有一种可能就是他家漏
水到我家，虽然没有看到漏水的地方。租户说房东检查完，说没有看到漏水，
不找人修。我们再三坚持，房东同意找人检查厨房后面和厨子下面。结果
证明了我的怀疑，他家的洗衣机排水出了问题。上周末修好了，我觉着这样就算了。
昨天突然客厅餐厅临近邻居家的地方大面积漏水，租户出钱40刀，我去租了个机器把水
吸了，感觉还是有水持续漏，租户答应赶快找人修。担心地毯下面的地基，还有楼梯
下面空间也受淹了（密封的，看不到），还有两家间的墙壁会不会受损。
但是这个房东不和我直接联系（有我的手机号码），每次都得找租户，感觉态度不积极。
刚刚联系保险公司，不只下面该怎办？
请教：想让房东积极点，并且预防以后不认账（如不帮我清理地毯），我现在需要帮助
，还要联系市政厅，律师，小额法庭，还是其他的?
townhouse但是没有HOA.

当然有，军版名人哭猫还是什么猫粉丝众多，但是拍他的人也多，
粉丝们常开贴说，szde（ID没记全），你给说说这种军队是什么回事。
宗教版面和政治版面很像，其实只要有人的地方，社会形态就很像。

call Michelle and call me back.
Don’t hire an attorney yet. That will just cost money and probably not
resolve the situation.

I spoke with J T which is M’s father and he is calling M to find out
what is going on.
He seems real nice and was very interested in solving the problem.
He should be calling me back soon.
You have done exactly what you can with the carpet cleaner and make sure you
keep the receipts.

up date information:
管子工看过了，认为最早可能是屋顶漏水，在找人查屋顶，但是怀疑后一次是洗衣机的
问题。现在房东只是同意给清洗地毯，我要不要要求换地毯，怎么检查地毯下的地板有
没有损害，还有两家之间的墙里面会不会长霉？

奶奶的，今天只是给dry cleaning，２０分钟就结束了。跟地毯工聊了聊，他说要彻底
清除，需要揭起地毯，换padding，clean the concrete.因为水是从下面进来的。现在
邻居房东不积极，我怎么保护我的权益，让他给换全部地毯也不现实，真的想请律师了
。

没让他全换，只是对方态度很差，只是想蒙过去。当然忍忍就过去了，只是以后出了问
题咋办？
没有HOA，图省钱，各管各的。

from neighborhood landlord, sound reasonable?
We spoke with the representative from the Carpet Cleaning Company and he
said that you needed to let the carpet dry before determining if there was
going to be any kind of smell remaining. He said to wait until tomorrow to
determine if the cleaning was successful.
The plumber has stated that there is not a plumbing issue. Ken’s brother
bought a new machine for himself and Ken.
We have still not determined where the water came from as of this time. I
am still trying to get some answers to some questions. I am doing
everything I can to make sure that any leaking or water damage does not
happen again.
