1. A practical problem from interviewer’s work.
Write a ‘translator’ program to convert a string (in C++ or other
language) into something which can be applied to the ‘where’ clause in sql
‘select’, here the string can be evaluated to a Boolean value, eg aa==3 &&
bb>12 || … (not sure about the answer. any idea?)
2. What’s garbage collection? What is the disadvantage of using reference
counting? (my ans: ref cycle)

周二给了个OFFER,卖家今天同意了，但还要等银行批。
卖家经纪一直跟我们说可以等到银行批了才inspection 和交Earnest money，但LG昨
晚发现我们
签了份short sale addendum，上面说 ”the inspection should be done withins 5
days after the Date of Acceptance“，我们的AGENT 说 “Acceptance is when the
seller signs the contract. That will be today (Thursday).” 叫我们要不就现在做
INSPECTION，要不就赶紧找律师， put these in writing under the attorney
review。
请班上大侠指教。

1. 没看懂，不就是把==换成=， &&换成and, ||换成or就完了么，还是什么别的意思
2. reference cycle是一个原因，另外一个原因是更新ref counter的时候需要lock，
在多线程的时候开销会很大。

Acceptance指的是银行的，你的agent不懂胡说，换人

这agent也太烂了吧
我们前几天也下了个short sale的offer上面也是写着the inspection should be done withins 5days after the Date of Acceptance。不过后面就有说明，short sale的
这个Date of acceptance指的是银行批准

可是我们的short sale addendum上面没有说Date of acceptance指的是银行批准呀。
