AP/EAD 3月15过期，1月29 USCIS收到RENEW材料。
这个月中下旬需要回国一趟。
请问可以回去吗？如果新的批准了，我还在国内，是不是久的就失效了？

你最好仔细看一下I－131 instruction 3E。就我理解， AP批准之前回国，申请可能
会失效。

谢谢提醒，作了下RESEARCH
在 instruction上确实写了
E. If you travel before the advance parole document is issued, your
application will be deemed abandoned if:
1. You depart from the United States; or
2. The person seeking advance parole attempts to enter the United States
before a decision is made on the application.
但是USCIS的网页上又写了：
(B) The travel outside of the United States by an applicant for adjustment
who is not under exclusion, deportation, or removal proceedings shall not be
deemed an abandonment of the application if he or she was previously
granted advance parole by the Service for such absences, and was inspected
and paroled upon returning to the United States. If the adjustment of status
application of such individual is subsequently denied, he or she will be
treated as an applicant for admission, and subject to the provisio ns of
section 212 and 235 of the Act.
所以instruction里说的应该是针对第一次申请AP的情况。我的理解是只要申请了AP，
而且用了就是被paroled的了，RENEWAL AP只是换到期的文件而已，但是状态还是
paroled的。
不知道理解的对不对。
