If the applicant name check is done, but the spouse's is not, will the
applicant get the gc anyway, not having to wait for the spouse's name check
to be done ?
If yes for the above question, then:
if the applicant got the gc (eb1b) and change the job, will this job
changing affect the spouse's gc ?

从前有个大户人家,家里有三个儿子,各自娶了一个媳妇,大媳妇娘家是个木匠,二媳妇娘
家是个裁缝,三媳妇娘家是做屠夫的.每个媳妇又都生了个儿子,于是这家老爷就有了三
个孙子.老爷最喜欢的是大媳妇,说她能干,也喜欢自己的长孙;而这家的太太最喜欢的是
二媳妇,说她手巧,也喜欢自己的二孙子.剩下的三媳妇两个人都不喜欢,都说太粗鲁了,
不配做大户人家的媳妇,三孙子也不喜欢.
这天三个孙子在一起玩的时候打起来,最小的三孙子打不过两个哥哥,就去爷爷奶奶那儿
告状,没想到爷爷奶奶偏袒两个哥哥,状没告成,反而又挨了一顿打.这下他就只能到妈妈
那里去哭诉了,这三媳妇本来平时心里就不是味儿,这下就更生气了.
没几天到了中秋,全家人吃过晚饭在院子里赏月,老爷说:"我一个朋友从广东给我捎来了
一斤广式火腿月饼,一共四个,我们两老子一个,其余三个准备每个儿媳妇一个,但是有条
件,就是每人要说四句话,每句话要以'子'字结尾,四句话还要连得起."
大媳妇首先说了:
我本是一个木匠家的女子,
出嫁时爷娘送我一把斧子,
老爷要是给我一段木料子,
我砍吧砍吧能做一把椅子.
老爷听完说:"好!好!果然能干."就赏给她一个月饼. 大媳妇欢天喜地的接了.
轮到二媳妇了,二媳妇说:
我本是一个裁缝家的女子,
出嫁时爷娘送我一把剪子,
老爷要是给我一丈布料子,
我裁吧裁吧能做一条裤子.
太太听完说:"好!好!真的手巧."也赏给她一块月饼. 二媳妇千恩万谢地接了.
轮到三媳妇了,她这几天的火一直没消,而且还越想越气.现在有这个机会,对着老爷太太
就恶狠狠地说:
我本是一个杀猪家的女子,
出嫁时爷娘送我一把刀子!
老爷你要是再打你三孙子,
我就宰了你这个糟老头子!

1) Yes, the applicant get the gc anyway, no need to wait for the spouse's
name check.
2) eb1b is employer's sponsored pettion, and you should work for the
employer as indicated in the Form I-140. So do not change job too quick,
wich then will not affect the spouse's Green Card also.
