NIW不是有个学位就能成的。

他有文章，引用，好像还挺多的，主要是没有phd学位，请问老大这样可以试试niw吗？

人在国内直接办NIW好像挺少见的

好像听说NIW-140必须在美国国内递，但485可以在国外递，不知道对不对？

At a minimum to qualify for a National Interest Waiver (NIW) the applicant
must meet standard EB-2 criteria: an advanced degree. A U.S. academic or
professional degree or a foreign equivalent degree above that of a Bachelor
’s degree will be sufficient. In the absence of an advanced degree, a U.S.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent plus at least five years of
progressive experience in the specialty is considered the equivalent of a
Master's degree. In the alternative, the applicant can claim exceptional
ability, i.e. a degree of expertise significantly above that ordinarily
encountered in the alien’s field of expertise.

在境外递的不是485， 是CP

He can file I-824 in China. But finally he needs official job offer letter
from USA when he interview in Guangzhou.

There is no easy way to go if he wants to immigrate to USA.
