用的 all purpose bleached 面粉,rapid rise 酵母,其它什么也没放
发面的时候看着发得挺大的,捏一捏也特软,馒头刚蒸好的时候就觉得有点儿硬,放了
一晚上之后就更硬了,没怎么做过发面的东西,请问这是因为面活的太硬了,还是有什
么其它方法能让馒头软一点儿?再有就是怎么揉面团能让馒头表面光滑的,表面不够光
滑,不好看耶

As a Camera testing Intern, you will explore multiple facets of product

• Characerize the camera quality and performance

• Results-focused, team-oriented and a strong work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

应该是面没发好。
馒头蒸之前要放20分钟等它再发酵。
放了一晚上硬了回锅再蒸热就跟刚蒸好的时候一样了。

我是按酵母的说明,先发15分钟,然后做成形状,再发了大概35分钟,感觉都很胖了,
锅里放不了那么多,所以分了两锅蒸,等于第二锅的又多发了大概50分钟的样子,可是
蒸出来的馒头都还是觉得比较硬,到底是为啥么,莫非是面或者酵母有问题,还是酵母
放太少了?水温低了?还是怎么的
特想吃那种又宣又软的馒头花卷儿什么的……

还是没有发透或着说没有发均匀,
一般得一个多小时,发起来以后揉下去, 再完全发起来就行了。 然后再多揉,
