行例行稅務檢查時
發現，谷歌在華企業——咕果信息技術（上海）有限公司、上海構尋廣告公司和谷歌信
息技術（中國）有
限公司存在涉稅違法行為，有關稅務機關已依法對這3家公司予以查處。
據了解，稅務機關在例行稅務檢查中發現谷歌在華公司存在使用假發票、將無關費
用如“按摩費”等
列入成本、不按規定代扣代繳營業稅等問題，涉及稅款4000多萬元。其上述問題已被有
關稅務部門責令
整改，涉及稅款、罰款等均已追繳入庫。
記者還獲悉，谷歌在華企業涉嫌避稅，稅務部門正在進一步調查中。

submitted i140 EB2 (premium process, stupid!!). Can I submit 485 based on
EB3 or do I have to wait for EB2 to be current?

It's better for you to turn in your i485 with your EB2 i140.
Eb3 will retrogress a few months later. If you turn in your i485 next month,
you might be able to get your GC before that. Relink i140 might be very
time consuming.

请问Relink 140 to 485 一般需要多久。我的PD是03／2009，我在想如果EB3先到，就
file 485，就算EB3倒退，等EB2到了，我再用NIW 140 relink,不知可行不？
