一个公司已经给offer，并且已经开始办理relocation 工作。但是我还没有签
字。在拖着呢。
另一个dream job （专业特别match，并且公司福利特别好），上周三面试完。这个周一我给他们发Email 说了我有个offer等着签字。然后HR 就打电话告诉我他们
在准备offer，但是要大约一个星期的时间（不知为什么要这么长时间）。到今天我有
些等不及了，要不要发Email 催一下呢？会起正面作用呢还是会适得其反呢？拿不到
offer心里就没底，不敢拒掉另一个。但是又实在不想浪费另一家公司的时间和精力。
有什么建议呢？谢谢！

我lp半年前申请chase UA卡的时候，银行打电话过来问要不要副卡，当时她就同意了而
且说了我的名字（据她说只是说了我的名字没有其他信息），因为之前没和我商量过，
所以她当时就让银行先不要寄副卡过来，所以我一直是没有收到那张卡的，我的chase
账号上也没有那张卡。
但是，我今天查信用记录，（包括credit karma 和transunion）都有这张神秘的卡出
现。我的问题是
1：这算不算我的一个hard pull？信用记录上写过去两年有1个hard pull，因为我去年
年初申请过卡，如果是那个的话很快就要过期了，如果是算在这个头上的话那就要再等
一年半才能过期。
问题2：但是我lp只是提供了我的名字，银行是怎么知道我就是她lg的？我和她没有共
同账号。而且目前地址也不一样。真神啊。
问题3：我现在应该怎么办？是去打电话把那张副卡要过来还是cancel算了，不要过来
担心一直不用副卡到时候还是cancel，影响我的信用记录时间。现在cancel的话不知道
算不算我的这张卡寿命只有半年？
最近要买房需要贷款不敢轻举妄动，问题比较多，大家有知道的请指点一二，万分感谢。

我如果先申请EB2-Perm，换工作了，140 批了，有了PD。然后如果新公司
不办绿卡，我自己申请NIW，那NIW通过之后能不能接上之前的PD呢？

You already did your pushing, so that's it.
They knew it.
So you just wait.
In the meantime, don't reject the first offer.
Because you only get one offer now, you don't know what will happen for the
second offer.
You choose what is the best for you and your family.

Yes, we knew that. Yes, we knew all the candidates like us.
If you push too hard, you will lose power of negotiate salary.
The bank like issue credit card to people who do not need the credit card.
Same meaning, company like most are the people who have other offers in hand
.
You are in a good position, don't worry too much.
However, keep the communication channel flo, just don't push too hard.

Niw 本来就是eb2的一类。当然可以用

Yes, PD can always be shared, no matter is EB2 or EB3

不太清楚现在公司会办EB3还是EB2，还在写文章很等一些文章发表，所以EB2或者EB3的
perm都可以用来先排队先，对不对？那想问问，如果EB3的PD是不是会比EB2的PD慢（如
果以后用NIW排队，是不是会比一直用NIW或者EB2-perm排队要慢）？

No. They are the same.
I used EB3 to get my PD, then applied for NIW. When NIW got approved, its PD
is the same as PD of EB3.

应该是可以吧，办PERM那么多从EB3升级的还不都是为了用以前的PD用EB2快些的排期。
PERM，NIW都是一个category的。办的时候和律师确认一下。
