假设是用C/C++, 不会Java. C/C++没有很方便的hash table可用，怎么办呢？比如说要
hash一堆浮点数或者一堆string, 是不是还要自己想一个hash function呢。但是自己
想的function肯定又有collision问题和有一些空间空着的问题，感觉white board很不
好写啊。
C++的map是BST, runtime完全不对啊。大家怎么解决这个问题的。

我们的estimate是435
说是optional，但是看有的说还是很有必要买
这个是买一次，就一直有效，so long as we own the property？

Both MSVC and GCC provide hash_map and C++0x has unordered_map.

贡献一下俺的教训。
如果要买，就到网上找个quotes，例如entitle direct。会比local便宜不少。但是，
要至少提前3周去办理，不能等closing前几天再去问，这些你的broker和attorney是不
会和你说的。
他们只是说是optional，但是只有你问到了，才和你说HUD1上的owner title
insurance（标价1000多）是和lender title insurance （标价几百块）捆绑在一起的
。你选择不买 owner title insurance，你的lender title insurance的价格就涨上去
了（涨到1000多），最后和买了owner title insurance就差不了几百块了。
俺们但是不知道，broker忽悠说不用买，也没告知这其中的猫腻。所以等最后一天和
attorney说不要买owner title insurance，就得到以上信息，等再去找网上的公司买
，已经来不及了，只好挨宰，多花了700块钱。
总之，买的没有卖的精！

You may use std::tr1::unordered_map as a HashTable. E.g.,
typedef std::tr1::unordered_map HashTable;
HashTable months;
months["january"] = 31;
months["february"] = 28;
months["march"] = 31;

大概知道这三个就行了，函数可以自由定义，白版 coding 大概跟面试官沟通下就行。
hash_set --> for recording if an element exists in set (no multiples
allowed)
hash_map --> for one-to-one mapping an element of type T1 to T2. (no
duplicate key is allowed, inserting a key which already exists will be
ignored; however you can overwrite the value using the returned iterator
from insert() function)
hash_multimap --> for one-to-many mapping an element of type T1 to
element(s) of type T2. Duplicates are allowed.

Owner's title insurance还是需要买的。
不过，对于这部分，我也挺困惑的，lender's title insurance是可以从网上查到的，
似乎是同一标价，但是owner's title insurance的价码是怎么出来的就很不了解了。
有些时候，看到律师给的Pre-HUD上，会把我网上查到的lender's title insurance的
钱放到owner's title insurance栏内，而lender's title insurance变得非常之少。
总之，从几百到上千的owner's title insurance都见过。。。
