It has been three days since my onsite interview. HR told me the decision
will be made by the end of this week or early next week. I guess Hiring
Manager is still in the process of making a decision. Should I write a
follow up letter now? Will this be too early? (I have sent thank you letter
right after the interview but he does not reply)
