当前是这样的coverage，整个association当然还有master insurance来cover房子外部
，所以
这个只是cover屋内的结构（楼梯，橱柜等等）
Coverage A - Insured Value of Home 目前是7万
This coverage applies to the residence premises as shown on your policy.
This
includes structures attached to the dwelling, materials and supplies located
on or
next to the residence premises which will be used to construct, alter or
repair the
dwelling or other structures on the residence premises.
Coverage C - Personal Property 目前是1万5
Coverage for personal property owned or used by an insured while it is
anywhere in
the world. At your request, we will cover personal property owned by:
Others while the property is on the part of the residence premises occupied
by an
insured
A guest or a residence employee, while the property is in any residence
occupied by
an insured
Our limit of liability for personal property usually located at an insured’
s
residence, other than the residence premises, is 10% of the limit of
liability from
Coverage C, or $1,000, whichever is greater. Personal property in a newly
acquired
principal residence is not subject to this limitation for the 30 days from
the time
you begin to move the property there.
Coverage E - Personal Liability 目前是10万
If a claim is made or a suit is brought against an insured for damages
because of
bodily injury or property damage caused by an occurrence to which this
coverage
applies, we will:
Pay up to our limit of liability for the damages for which the insured is
legally
liable. Damages include prejudgment interest awarded against the insured;
and
Provide a defense at our expense by counsel of our choice, even if the suit
is
groundless, false or fraudulent. We may investigate and settle any claim or
suit
that we decide is appropriate. Our duty to settle or defend ends when the
amount we
pay for damages resulting from the occurrence equals our limit of liability.
