话说，肉和肉的厚度都不一样，

用筷子戳戳也好，
都是现烤现观察的呀。

大火，水开后撇沫。
小火，放大料一个。一小时。看骨头快脱了，就行。
加盐，加料，比如土豆丁。20分钟开吃。
关键肉要鲜。干净。

这个方子时间还是长,分了三步烤。总共时间也差不多三小时
可我觉得最make sense，应该最好吃。
因为她先较高温，锁水，然后低温烤里面变软。

第二步：早上从冰箱里出来。用锡纸垫烤盘里，切一些西红柿和辣椒然后放上牛排骨，
再上面盖一张锡纸包好
第三步：烤制。先325F烤20分钟，再250F烤三个小时左右。
中午的时候，用微波炉做了米饭，时间到，正好开饭。牛肉都从骨头上一拨就掉，再浇
上烤盘里酸辣的汤汁，好吃极了。
