我出国之后还是有的，是因为在国内还有分公司大家都要年终奖。然后本身我们公司是
没有这个设计的，然后现在也算是有了。然后大家发的钱数第一年都是一样的，特别搞
笑不管你做了多少都是一样的。第二年就有员工离职了。然后第二年开始就有不同的类
型的年终奖了。
然后接下来是按照一年薪水的百分比给，尤其是业务部门还是很喜欢这个的，多劳多得
，很多外国人那个时候才知道年终奖原来还有那么多的算法，以前就是一种或者那么几
种，没想到中国这边的企业还会有这么多的花样还觉得很神奇。后来一年就按照绩效给
，总提的分提的来走。后来就给一般的部门分利润。反正这个给的还是挺好的。
之前我们这边是真的没这个东西，后来慢慢有了也算是在往好的方向走。总比那些今年
都解体的企业要好吧。而且想想那些高等的年终奖都是用命换的，那能跟人比吗？所以
这样挺好慢慢的一步一步的走肯定会过的更好的。

My perm is submitted in mid March, got the audit notice on 9/27, right
before the government shutdown. Hope it helps.
How about your case?
