我本人住在South Dakota，我的律师在Connecticut，他用paper file我的case，请问
我的case会到哪个移民中心处理？我律师告诉我他file到TX的Dallas移民处理中心去。
如果从地理位置看，我的Case应该是在Nebrask中心处理，是吧？如果我想把我的Case
到TX中心处理，是不是我必须用EFile？
