我们买的是townhouse，有fence的。我们申请贷款时，说是要survey。我的broker说不
用了，可是省200刀，反正fence什么的都好好的。以后如果想要，自己还可以申请

要回国了，所以家里的东西都要卖了。
特别舍不得宝宝的小床和dresser （白色的）.想看看版上有没有jm要买。我住在
Orange County, City of Rancho Santa Margarita. 我们有辆minivan，如果需要运货
我们可能可以。就是从家里的楼上搬下来有些费劲。
我们是去年大概2，3月份买的（我还留着原来的发票），宝宝5月出生，用到今年3月，
他就回国了。所以基本上还是很新。因为一直犹豫要不要带回去，所以没有拍照片，这

condo的话要在survey endorsement的，理论上比SFH的survey要便宜。survey跟有没有
fence没啥关系吧。。。

Mine was submitted 10/05/2012 and got audited after 3 months. The auditing
material was submitted on 1/3/2013 and I still haven't heard anything yet.
One of my colleagues who was in similar case to mine submitted her auditing
materials on 1/2/2013 and got approved in Nov 2013 (not sure about the exact
date though).

I have a case number shared by my employer but it has never worked when I
use it to search for my case... So I'm thinking the employer must have
another case number...

Ahhh... sorry to hear you got audited, this website data collects only
approved cases, I cannot find my case number there either. All you can do is
waiting patiently, or try to contact with your lawyer if necessary.
My company forwarded me an email with case number and told me this number is
not able to track.
Hope you get your perm approved very soon!
