随着主席访美的时间确定下来之后，跟随访美的人员名单也随之公布，与以往不一样的
是这次主席会带15位商界大佬访美，这是从来没有过得阵仗，而且也听说，这15位商界
大佬会在美国与美国的商界大佬们展开一次世界性的商业对话，这次对话绝对会让中美
双方都获益良多的。
随着互联网时代的发展，在商业上也出现了一大批优秀的商人，他们对国家的经济做出
了巨大的贡献，我想这也是习主席这次访美带这么多商界大佬的原因之一，还有就是能
和美国的商人们进行交流，这将会是一次中美商人的头脑风暴与思想交锋，这也将会给
中美双方的经济带来巨大的动力与合作的机会。
其实刚刚知道这则消息的时候很不明白，为什么习主席会带这么多商人访问美国，一个
是政治一个是经济，根本就是两不相干嘛，但是这就是普通老百姓为什么不能当主席的
原因，要知道没有强大的经济当基础，则国力不强，政治外交则弱，习主席此番举动更
是会带领中国经济增长，所以这15位商界大佬的身上也是责任重呀！

Maximum during First five years: 8.125%
Maximum ever: (as early as July 1 2016): 8.125%
Margin: 2.25%
My questions:
1. why the financed amount is different from loan amount?
2. Why the APR is lower than my rate?
3. The rate in the first five year should be 3.125%, why it showed the
maximum during the first five year could be 8.125%?
4. If five years later, the market rate is 3%, my rate will be 3+2.25(margin
)%=5.25%, am I correct?

Amount financed不是你最后的贷款额，这个数字是正常的。其实truth-in-lending里
面的数字不用太在意，因为这个表是在Cost的Summary level。我建议你用GFE来看看数
字有没有问题。

Thanks, but the APR is lower than rate, so my monthly payment will be

里面含interest和一部分银行的收费。

这个我也不知道，不过，ARM是这样的。

新的TIL是这么写的，我怀疑是我们对英语的理解跟老外不同，要么就是做表的人给搞
错了。

是index是3%的情况下，rate是5.25%，跟market上能offer的rate没什么关系了。

Index一般是LIBOR的利率。

From the chart in the following link, we should use "FNMA 30 yr Mtg Com del
60 days", right? It is really high if plus margin. So we need either
refinance or sell the house within 5 years.

对，是１年Libor，肯定不是３０年．

sounds good. If someone with 5/1 ARM is due for adjust rate, his rate should
be 0.78+2.25 margin=3.03%, nice rate!

Libor好像是每个月不同的，从去年开始一直处在比较低的位置。
