eb2是09年底的pd，485早已pending，如果现在申eb3的140成功后，立刻换工作，接下
来还要做什么才能拿到绿卡？要喊律师去relink eb3到旧pd吗？
其实不申eb3也可以，因为eb2的排期可能一年内能到的样子，但工作不稳定所以想尽快
拿到卡。最近这情况可能会影响换工作，很郁闷。

为啥？能不能帮忙分析下，我research找不到类似情况的才来问。你有没有具体建议？
主要是提前半年拿卡对我也很有影响，要不也不瞎折腾了

另外我的律师说，
1、申请eb3不影响现有的eb2。“you can still use the EB-2 I-140 (it still
remains valid provided the job offer still exits)”
2、想用premium可能不行

拿ead换工作还是有点风险不是吗，我知道有的人换的工作被移民局认为性质不同后来
被revoke的。

恩，我再想想吧。总之我的理解是早拿卡总有好处，因为移民局政策的风云变幻你是无
法控制的，只能把握当前。
