在办EB1B过程中，真不顺。
学校律师一定要求File EB1B 140的时候在H Status，系里支持H1B而且4月初就交了
package到学校ISSS，写了开始日期是6月1号。。。结果今天学校告诉我准备让我H1B
start date开始日期变成11月1号，估计是我J1 正好10月底过期。。。。
我日，那我的140不是要到11月1号，他们才肯交出去？我今年2月份就把140材料一堆
交到学校了。。。。。Faint。。。。
我能Argue一下吗，比如把Start Date提前些，还来得及，可行吗？。。。。现在他们
还没有把H1B filing to USCIS.

My closing agent told me I need to buy home insurance before closing. But I
saw there is home insurance charge in my closing cost. It seems I will pay
double for the home insurance, sound weird.
Closing next week, need some input ASAP. Thanks!

就是在Close的时候付一年的钱，没有别的了。

Home insurance一般要自己找保险公司的

客人需要在closing之前pay 1年的保险in full。之后escrow账户会每月收1个月的
insurance premium，等到保险要renew的时候帮客人去renew。escrow账户会在closing
的时候会收2个月的ins premium作为deposit。
赶紧去买保险吧，要不是不会给close的。

The one on the closing cost is estimate only. The real cost is updated when
you buy it from insurance company. You pay one year premium up front and
every month after closing contribute 1/12 to escrow for next year's premium.

如果没有Escrow account就不用每个月提前交了。
