my first h1b will expire in the mid of Sep. and the company has not started
working on it yet. Should the extension be submitted on 4/1?
The company said it will start 6 month before the expiration date. but if so
, i will have only about 10 days before 4/1 to prepare for it.
I worry if submitting the extension after 4/1, for example, in may, will
cause the risk that the extension is not approved before the expiration?
Have you guys started h1b extension? Should I start it asap?
