12年7月EB2 PD。今天问律师说降级concurrent file的事情，律师回信说需要重新办

It's a little more complicated than that. An entirely new PERM case would
need to be pursued and advertised (etc.), and could not be filed earlier
than about 3 months from now due to the timing of the various steps required
within the PERM case process. An EB-3 case would also need to be for a
lower-level job than the one you currently hold (one that requires less than
a masters degree and less than 5 years experience).
